Job Conditions

Hustle Enterprise Talent Agency requires the following conditions:

Bookings: Bookings are set up by email, phone, fax, or online. Clients can schedule to place talent on hold (tentative booking) for a job. Once everything is finalized, the client must confirm with the agency and the talent will be informed as soon as possible by email and phone. At the same time, talent will receive a booking agreement from the agent to fill out and sign for company records.

Cancellations: If talent can’t make the job they must give the agent 3 days or 72 hour notice by phone so that the talent can be replaced. If a talent doesn’t proceed with the right procedure to cancel, the talent is then fully responsible for any cost incurred and will be charged.

Rates: Rates are negotiated between the client and the agent. All rates vary depending on the job. Talent has the option to accept or decline the rate that is offered.   Typical work days and their corresponding rates are as follows:

  1. Work Day: 8 hours with a half hour (30 mins.) lunch.
  2. Overtime: Time and a half after 8 hours and double time after 12 hours.
  3. Half Day: 4 hour day (after 4 hours, regular day rate applies).
  4. Hourly:  Minimum of 2 hours of work.
  5. Flat:  A fixed rate regardless of hours worked that has to be an agreement between the client, the agent, and the talent.

Prep Time: Agent will make sure that talent is ready for job.  Talent will be giving full details on wardrobe, hair, makeup and specific look. In addition, have the materials to bring to gig or audition.

Travel Arrangements: If a job is out of town, the client will pay for talent expenses, accommodations, meals, and per diems unless otherwise stated.

Test Shoots: If a photographer is interested in using a specific talent from our roster, they must negotiate with talent and the agency. After the shoot, photos must be used for self-promotion for both the photographer and talent.

Complaints: Any complaints from the client or talent should be reported immediately to the agency. Everyone wants to work with a good vibe. Be a professional!
